Well, it can be, when it's about a project of one of my friends, Tom, who's trying to depict a classy, and edgy futuristic universe : WAR, which is intended to be a 3 parter short movie.

If you're a fan of Ghost in the Shell, Avalon and Chris Cunningham work, you should definitly check the concept arts posted on his website.

Tom is a talented former art director, who worked in videogames industry and webdesign. He's now looking for work and some talented peoples and funds who can help him in his WAR project.

I must confess that I'm totally fascinated by Paperworks. But this one is probably the most fascinating one.

It's a shame this one made by Haruki Nakamura is not available for buying. It could be a very nice christmas gift.

Samavan is a very talented 3D artist who works in Japan! Today he just send me the link to his 3D portfolio, made with Quest, a 3D application who allow you to make 3D interactive walkthough. I was really happy and surprised that he put 3 models, inspired by some of my concept art. It's a shame these characters won't be used in a video game... Thanks a lot Sama.Van !!!

NC Soft coree a annonce 3 nouveaux MMO, dont 2 particulierement foufous...

Metal Black , un shooter old-school facon Contra ou Commando, avec une chouche de "massivement multijoueur". Les artworks valent le coup d'oeil, et ca a l'air bien pechu.

L'autre, Blade and Soul, est designe par Hyung Tae Kim (le specialiste des meufs bizarrement foutues avec des gros seins). Les screenshots me paraissaient jolis sans plus, les persos bof bof. Mais en mouvement,c'est autre chose. Et ca pete. Le trailer est une veritable orgie de ce qui peut se faire de pire et de meilleur dans un MMO Coreen. Tape a l'oeil, avec un cote completement decomplexe rafraichissant. Du grand n'importe quoi, mais qui fait un bien fou, apres avoir mater 150000 fois les memes graphismes maronasses ou grisatres. Chose rare, pour un jeu a base d'Unreal Engine 3. (Merci a SamaVan pour l'info).

Et puis sinon, youpi, Aion, va passer en open beta ce dernier trimestre de cette annee....en Coree.

Il est tant de faire chauffer les KSSN, hin, hin, hin, hin.
